hello old friend seems the injury fairy is here already
just great.
i caught a little sentence in the post write up about the pre-season game against partizan and i'm wondering if any one else has seen it ? here part of the article word for word below. scary.
Point guard Chauncey Billups rested an injured big toe on Saturday and did not play. Neither did reserve post Chris Andersen, who has an injured knee.
(the season has not even started yet) this is not good if you ask me and it seems to be real hush-hush.

the starters will be held back for now. chauncey being the hometown hero fans wanted to see him play. until denver returns from overseas and the regular season gets close the rotation players will sit with minor injuries. the big thing for now is to get the new players running the system and determine who will fill out the remaining roster spots.
pick up a calf every day pretty soon you will be picking up a cow
seems to be real 'hush hush'
that’s because it’s nothing. they’re probably 2 of the oldest dudes on the roster. of course even if they broke their fingernail they’d be rested for a preseason game. nobody makes it through an entire season without feeling a little bit rough around the edges.
you call it scary? i call it reality. welcome to real life my friend. oh, and she’s a bitch alright!
OF course, the Clippers are doing far worse
Blake Griffin has had at least 2 or 3 different injuries so far, and the season hasn’t started yet!
Nuggets will be the blackhorse candidate to win the Championship. MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Nothing to worry about
Those guys would have played if it had been a regular season game. The coaches are just looking for excuses to hold out a few players every preseason game.
Chauncey and Nene
Playing these guys in the preseason causes a lot more worry and grief than it’s worth. They have been around for a while and the practice they get out of the game doesn’t seem worth the risk considering how important they are to us. Plus Lawson needs some burn right now, the Nugs haven’t had a good rookie in forever and he has a chance to play a contributing role this season.
