With rumors swirling that Mike D'Antoni is out as the Phoenix Suns head coach after losing to the San Antonio Spurs 4-1 in the first round, a lot of commenters and emailers are suggesting the Nuggets go after him.George Karl going nowhere aside, the second D'Antoni gets the axe in Phoenix he'll be on the first flight out to Toronto to reunite with GM Bryan Colangelo. Hell, if I was D'Antoni I'd be getting my Canadian work visa now.
