Wall Street Journal Law Blog and George Karl's reaction to his attorney's email...
Also, Chris Tomasson continues his tireless work covering this story for the Rocky Mountain News, and has delivered Coach Karl's official reaction to his lawyer's scare tactics. For the record, I appreciate Karl stating that - according to Tomasson - he is not considering legal action. Phew!

You're an idiot, and you come off looking small and weak - of which you probably are.
Your coach/client is bereft of anything resembling even an average IQ pal. The excuse making, woe is me, non-passionate, money stealing "coach" does nothing more than take up space for 3 on the Nuggets bench.
Tell me, Brett, are you going to also threaten Mark Kiszla for his column in today's edition of the Denver Post? Am I on your hit list for constantly tearing your client down every chance I get on a state wide radio program - soon to be TV as well? Are you going to come after me for always referring to Karl as the "fat bastard" that he is? You're a horses ass and then some.
This overreaction to a blog calling for the scalp of the Nuggets coach, which is probably 3 years too late in my opinion, is so consistent with the way the Nuggets and Kroenke continually operate in perfect harmony with one another. You all need a serious wake up call over at that place.
Lets see, a franchise that touts proudly - a relationship that involves children, with a multiple convicted pornographer, and has done so for years.
An organization that places communist like rules on members of the working press, with warnings about revoked credentials in the case of some, or the outright revocation of credentials as in my case, for doing nothing more than doing the jobs we are paid by our employers to do.
A call out to all Nuggets & Avalanche fans last season - imploring them not to get news about the franchises in the newspapers, but to instead rely on the Nuggets and Avalanche websites to "inform" the fans of what's what.
The mind control "AL-NUGAZEERA" Television Network, a sloppily put together, talent deficient, substance-less channel, that will be out of business within the next 3 years.
The case of Kenyon Martin, which I'm sure you know all about, Brett, and the fact that several Nuggets dancers quit the squad two years ago because of the less than gentlemanly way that despicable human being comported himself.
And now this.
The Kroneke Sports Administration. The new letterhead they order should say the following, Brett, see if you can make it happen.
KROENKE SPORTS: "Beyond reproach...and damn proud of it!"
Did I mention you're an idiot, Brett?

I have lived in Denver ("the community") my whole life and George Karl's reputation has sunk so low I hurt my back when i try to touch it. Keep up the good fight! Karl ain't never done anything but be best buddies with the owner. We need fresh blood and we need it now.

Most of this blog is statements of opinion; Karl's lawyer is trying to silence you with a dubious legal theory.

Karl doesn't do NOTHING for this organization and he lets a team with infinite talent go to waste.
When I watch a Denver Nuggets game, all I see is the same 7 guys run a pick-up game. No strategy.
Karl is too soft for this team. He has a team full of egos and hard-headed ballers. But they are very talented and gifted at what they do. (Except for Kenyon Martin, he is not worth a dime.. turnovers, no defense, and he can't drive in the paint to save his life without missing the shot or turning it over)
But anyway, yeah. Fire Karl.
I'm with you 100% of the way.

As noted in my intro, I'd like to respectfully ask that we keep all attacks on Coach Karl aimed at his record, rather than anything personal like his son or his weight. Thanks for your understanding!
